Graduate of BS Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related course.
Preferably Licensed Chemist / Board Passer
With at least 1–3 years of related work experience or exposure in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in roofing, insulation, construction materials, or related industries is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in QA/QC procedures, laboratory testing, chemical analysis, and product evaluation.
Knowledgeable in handling chemicals use in roofing products
Familiar with safety procedures, and environmental compliance is an advantage.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least three (3) years of experience in maintenance operations and supervisory role.
Preferably with experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Strong leadership and planning skills to supervise maintenance personnel and optimize equipment uptime.
Proficient in maintenance reporting and scheduling, with flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
Experience in roll-forming machines is preferred.

Graduate of any 4-year course or vocational program.
Can work a shifting schedule.
Knowledge in the steel industry/manufacturing industry is an advantage but not required.
Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
