  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required

  • Experience in roofing, insulation, construction materials, or related industries is an advantage. 
  • Knowledgeable in QA/QC procedures, laboratory testing, chemical analysis, and product evaluation. 
  • Knowledgeable in handling chemicals use in roofing products 
  • Familiar with safety procedures, and environmental compliance is an advantage. 
  • At least high school graduate
  • With at least six (6) months of experience as a machine operator
  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Experience as an auditor in a Logistics and/or Manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Background in inventory, auditing and fraud awareness
  • Ability to apply basic calculations as related to quantities of product
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Can read and interpret documents and write reports
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to use discretion and judgment to make timely decisions
  • Ability to promote the value of integrity among employees
  • Computer literate
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
